I've booked Blackpool as well, just a few days at a B&B, hopefully the weather will be good when I eventually get there.

It's a while away, but I love booking the time off work part,
Just knowing I'm guaranteed a break from work makes me go "ahhhhhh"

Depends when you go to Blackpool whether the its cracking the flags or lets hope not its typical British weather where is rains sure you'll have a good trip!

I just hope we don't get snow here again (its a trigger at this time of the year)

I'm looking forward to March going as fast as possible, cause its one of the triggering months for me (November's the other one, too many deaths both months)

Somehow Ainsley Harriot always springs to mind when I hear of Caribbean food,....
Hopefully you didn't have to suffer any over-exuberant "chefs" pouring marinade from a bottle whilst shimmying around the table?
Although that could possibly have been quite entertaining?

Cornwall holiday booked in may. Hopefully weather will be nice. Staying near Falmouth.
Want to visit Lizard point ( never been there) and do some walks around the coast, although i worry about parking in new places , but still looking forward to it
