Diet Coke is too watery, Pepsi Max is syrupy fake-sugar crack in a bottle.

I use Canderel tablets in my tea/coffee and prefer the taste over sugar. Strange but true.

Also another Pepsi Max addict here

Wow, I remember those. I'm now getting really nostalgic about my pencil cases from school. I can smell the pencil shavings.

It's the overall taste of the drink I s'pose and, as someone else said, 'regular' tastes sickly by comparison and feels like it's stripping your enamel.

BTW surely Coke Zero is the true equivalent to Pepsi Max so comparing Diet Coke to Max is unfair? Remember when Kebab vans used to give you Coke Lite instead of diet coke? Yeech, that stuff was really nasty.

Someone really should have invented a pencil case with a little bag/pocket in it so you put all the shavings in it.

All that caffeine can't be good for my SA but I just can't help myself!

I remember a golden age of coffee flavour Pepsi Max, it tasted like caramel.

Pepsi Max FTW !

I've always drank sugar free versions of drinks, I hate the feeling after uv drank a normal coke, makes your teeth feel horrible and just as thirsty as before you drank it. One major bonus I've found at least is that at 34, I've never had a single filling and still have all my own teeth Never really had a problem with them thankfully.

I was totally ignorant of all those varieties too.

Currently drinking bottle green's pomegranate & elderflower cordial in fizzy water - it'll give me unpleasantly vivid dreams as usual, but is the best thirst-quencher known to mankind

Whats the difference between Pepsi Max & Diet Pepsi?.
They both have artificial sweeteners but the difference i can find is that Pepsi Max has double the amount of caffeine than regular Pepsi and has Ginseng added to it.

Diet Pepsi only contains the sweetener aspartame, whereas Pepsi Max contains both aspartame and acesulfame potassium - another sweetener. Pepsi Max also contains ginseng.

I didn't know that Max had more caffeine than regular. Apart from the male/female marketing thing I assumed it was just a different sweetener for a different taste.

I had no idea of that (I will choose to ignore any unhealthy side effects), all I do know is that its the nectar of the gods and makes a great Black Russian
