Warm nights

Does anyone else find they cant sleep at night because they get hot! I know the weather is cold at the moment but I have a winter duvet and an oil radiator and last night I woke up in auch a sweat!!!
I cant seem to get the temperature in the room right!!
Does anyone else find this?

Yes, it can be freezing outside but I can be far too hot in bed. I only sleep under a duvet too.

I find that when the dog lies next to me, even though the heating is off all night, he sometimes cooks me.

I sleep with a fan on all year round. I hate being too warm at night!

It's unseasonably warm at the moment. Usually in February my hands are perma-purple and it feels like I have to be wearing all of my pyjamas at once.
