Not too bad, we spent a lot of time being shown around the warehouse and having our job roles explained to us and what we would be doing. We also got all our kit and such. We actually start actually doing the work tomorrow, as opposed to just having someone explain stuff to us.

Last time I drunk anything (alcoholic) was a bottle of WKD 1 or 2 years ago and it made me abit tipsy

Got a bit anxious not long ago. I actually felt a bit teary too which is a bit weird. Im so unhappy with the way i look.

No. It certainly doesn't help when your sitting alone doing nothing. Its just small things setting off my anxiety. My thoughts were going from one worry to the next. I was doing so well up untill now,i like to keep busy as it keeps me distracted. Nights are terrible at times, i thought about joining a gym and go at night time to see if that helps but then i realised its going to be a tough task ( with SA ) to even get myself into a gym lol.

It's a case of trying to see the positive side of things if you can,easier said than done i know, but I have seen an upbeat side to you on the forum. How did that sleep easy herbal drink go did it work?

are you upbeat when you get back fr your girlfriends as you've had a good time? Apologies I'm not trying to counsel you in any way shape or form just asking

When I didn't feel too good I played online games it took my mind off things making me feel better.

Annoyed.

On the bus in Peckham, a f***ing bitch wouldn't move when I stood up to leave (I was nearest the window, she had the aisle seat).

She started arguing and saying "Don't touch me, yeah?" with a crazed look on her face, so I made it clear that I didn't want any trouble, and just said "excuse me" repeatedly - but she wasn't having it. When she did finally move, it was too late and I missed my stop.

The next stop was about 5 minutes away. As the door opened, I shouted "BITCH" at her in front of the whole bus.

Yep sure is. The night time tea is a little rank lol but drinkable. Ive only tried it twice, will have to give it another go as i still have two boxes. Maybe green tea or something will be better. Im pretty miserable for a day or two when i return home. Usually my troubles disappear when im at my other halfs house, ive always got something to do when im there and someone to talk too. I get such a buzz getting ready to make the journey.

Like you said, i should try and see the positive side of things. Im very fortunate to be in a relationship which has lasted 3 years now.

^What happened if you don't mind me asking? I've felt like that in the past, only to find out later on down the line that my crazy brain had blown everything out of proportion and there was very little to worry about.
