Default My trophy room is large and nearly full

Got and kept a job, made friends. dealt with annoyances like water supplier people, rented my own place, smiled at girls, dealt with my bank manager, team leaded, not put my head down when I walk for ages, been to the pub, been on dates (disasterous yes but not the point) and several more I can't remember. Next on my list is more smiling at girls and maybe get my first girlfriend.

I think it's important for me to mention that I wasn't bragging about my achievements, mearly listing them. It's been a massive jump in confidence for me and writing down your successes helps immensely.

All successes in their own right - well done, Sir! Good luck with your remaining goals!

That's fantastic news - congratulations. Didn't come across as bragging at all - just sharing the good news.

I know with SA I spend loads of time dwelling on what I've done badly and dismiss anything I've done well quickly.

How have you achieved all of this?

A lot of it was basically forced upon me. I was house sharing with a junkie good for nothing and after he accused me of stealing his stuff I had to move out, my choice. It was terrifying. Things like water bills etc had to be done or I would go to court and I sure didn't want that. I'm now fairly pleased with the way I look. No oil painting but not bad at all. I just can't call myself ugly anymore. Plus it's impossible to be sacked from my current job. So all in all not too impressive.

I also should point out i'm not over the SA but it's reduced so much it feels like I don't have it. The girlfriend problem isn't SA. I just don't know what to say so I avoid it.
