^^^ I think I might have been sledding!...once or twice? when I was a wee nipper

Same with a snowman, I must have been about 10 at the latest, the last 20 years has been miserable on the snow front!

It also annoys me how much the country falls apart when it snows, a light dusting and its amber weather warnings and people raiding supermarkets for end of the world supplies

I'm wonder if I've got some sort of unknown crack habit

I've been in full time employment for over 5 years now, been fairly sensible saving each month. I had more money 2 years ago than I do now and my wage has gone up. I barely drink, I don't smoke, I barely leave the house, I have no kids, I've had no holidays, I have no girlfriend, I have no expensive hobbies.

Where the hell is my money going

^^ Do you visit prostitutes regularly? I'm not taking the p*ss, but the cost adds up over time.

Wondering what being more upset about spilling the remaining eighth of a bag of salt and balsamic vinegar Kettle Chips than about being stuck on a train for 2 hours only to have to pay £26 to return to pretty much where I left from says about me.

Wondering if I'll manage going to work tomorrow after having this week off, my cold/flu illness is over 90% gone which is making m feel better but I'm not sure the anxiety levels have gone down far enough to cope with that place (it's really not good at them moment).

I think ive lost a fair bit on bitcoin (or its at least tied up) but I have had a new tv/few consoles..maybe my willy nilly purchasing of £40 games I'll barely ever play is bigger than I realised, I should have a sit down and properly work it out as its a bit of a concern!

I'm far too socially anxious to even consider going anywhere near a prostitute I manage to feel awkward/uncomfortable if I happen to be anywhere near the popular local spots if I'm out on a night , I don't think I could have a sensible chat with one, let alone anything else

^^ Yeah, it's really annoying isn't it. Sometimes my mum has my neighbour over until midnight or something, so I can't go to the toilet, get a drink or make food. If she's going to have him here, she could at least bring me supplies.

Wondering what the doctor I'm seeing is going to be like, I've not really seen any super sympathetic GPs at my surgery regarding anxiety problems (not that I've gone in about them much).

Bought my ex 6 months spotify premium as she's off work bored having broken her toe and her cat died and her response was to tell me that theres no chance of us dating anymore, we are only going to be friends as her feelings have changed towards me.

It's not a bloody engagement ring, it's Spotify #WomanLogic

Some t-shirts I ordered for another friend arrived today, so I'm kind of hesitant to tell her now.

^^ Thanks Kooky Monster

I suppose the worst that can happen is that they say there's barely anything wrong with me and that I should just myself back to work, I hope that's not what happens though.

That although the doctors appointment went as well as it could I'm still starting to stress myself out about it (I have a prescription for citalopram and am starting to think about side-effects, personality changes and all kinds of negative stuff).

Somehow I am a grumpy asshole for telling my bf that I want him to clean his muck out of the bath before I use it.
If anyone else leaves the bath dirty he is the first person to moan.
Double standards much!

Wondering about trying to get assessed for ADHD, or ASD or whatever the hell is wrong with me (if anything.) Don't like the sound of the NHS waiting lists since I am intending to move out of the area soon (although, we'll see how that goes.) I could manage private assessment, but if I am diagnosed and try meds, the process of trying different meds and working out the dose - that part could be £££ and apparently you have to get that sorted before switching over to the NHS. Assuming anything is wrong. And who to go to? Apparently you need to be referred to the Maudsley and the wait is mega long either way (I spoke to the receptionist today, that took several hours of procrastination to make that call.) Also I want to go to someone who really knows what they are doing.

there's quite a long religious tradition called Sufism,
one of their main methods of spiritual advancement was spinning in circles,
it's called Dervish Dancing,
Jallal'udin Rumi invented this practice, I think.

Bit of a strange day. I mentioned for the 1st time at a 1:1 yesterday at MIND about ASD assesments and anxiety diagnosises etc.. So today the Autism expert person was at the Hub and my recovary worker introduced us. She's going to email me some self assessment tests to begin with. However the CPN who visits as part of pathfinder network was also there so my recovary worker nabbed me to have a chat with her. We spent 40 mins going over some of my history etc etc.. and she was very much 'i'm pretty sure your not autistic'. She's going to see me again and 'explore' more but the only thing she mentioned was complex PTSD and anxiety. I mentioned AvPD and she nodded it was possible. Although I guess it's not an exact science it's nice to have someone listen unlike the CMHT's who just fob you off. Wish I had known I was eligible to use this service before. I'll see how it goes I guess.

I've got some issues with my car key fobs, so I bought a shell off ebay for a tenner as I really don't fancy going to VW for them to charge me £200+ each

I found a nice video with a German chap swapping the key fob shell over in about 3 minutes, wonderful I thought! problem solved in 5 min

No...no..no, little did I know MY key fob was glued together

I have no heat gun so I spent over an hour grinding away at it with a tiny screwdriver chipping bits of plastic everywhere till I finally broke in. I've rammed a screwdriver in my finger (Schoolboy error) and bled all over a decent t-shirt ..and have fixed one problem and replaced it with another one

Todays been a bit of a shit
