You are a strong woman Paula. A caring woman with a huge heart. Don't let anybody tell you anything different.

You're a handsome chap T and from what I have seen online you are also really bloody nice. The only thing that I can see would make it hard for to meet someone is a lack of confidence.

It's sad that people take the piss out of others for their dress sense. I've always thought you had a good dress sense - unlike me who sticks to simple jeans and a shirt.

That one sounds quite common. It's also rather daft if you don't have any male 'friends' either as some have said has happened to them.
I guess thats true about alot of male people in the same position

I find when I am out on my own I get heckled a lot in the street by groups of men, usually homophobic in nature. It has been going on for so long now I should have gotten used to it but it still hurts

The other week when the train stopped a group of men started insulting me from the platform and then one of them threw a snowball at me, luckily it missed and hit the window in front of me

I try and walk with good posture to try and make myself less of a target but I don't know how to sit on a train more confidently

Thanks for that custardcreams. I try not to let it spoil the rest of my day but it still hurts. There's gnawing feeling deep down that I should know how to deal with assholes by now.

My ex told me I was incapable of love and didn't know what friendship meant. That was probably the worst thing.

Lots of things.
The ones that really destroy me come from myself and my acceptance that they are the whole truth. Being so willing to just take it without question...kind of keeps it going, like the very word and all it stands for has a life of its own and is breathing down my neck...

You have to picture it, stuck to you like a big evil limpet! dark and shapeshifting and maybe oozing some dark poisonous matter that stinks and burns and suffocates, all the while professing protection as if it's there to ward off 'something bad' and 'keep you safe'.

' This is us, you and me, we are....too quiet, that weirdo, that psycho, that slut, embarrassing, too shy, weird looking, stupid stupid stupid.....,so we need to keep away, because that's what they'll see and that's what they'll say...'

Sometimes I creep myself out

Really though. I want to change my view. Question until it sinks in.
too quiet...why? for whom? is anxiety taking up all your focus at these times? do you understand why you're anxious in view of how you perceive the world around you? And just get to know what the pit i've been living in consists of, how it was made, all the twisted thorny traps.

There is no substitute for loving yourself. For real, I think i've tried every substitute going

I remember in class a few times, i'd generally be hassled by 2 girls called chealsea and kim anyway, but i remember a few things most-
One day when Kim said
'You're gonna kill someone one day' with disgust, and she meant it. Nah i really doubted i ever would! and i still do, that's just sick and wrong, imagine saying that, just cos i was the way i was.

They also used to say my mum was on the dole and stuff. Really they should've looked at themselves, i bet both their parents were on the bloody dole.

No respect for people who clearly had problems, at 15 or whatever you really can't say they wouldn't have known better.

Kim requested me on facebook! i laughed and print screened it lol.

Also a girl i was 'friends' with, she was a little spoilt cow, lived with her mum, their house was a tip, she often got them takeways never bothered to cook, she snapped her fingers and her mum acted..still does today and it's quite sad seeming. she should learn her mum should be respected.
she one day told me she had 'never liked me' and it hit hard.
It came out that she had been jealous of me getting attention from the guy we both hung about with or something. Lol she was like 10 and i was like 12, must've had those feelings at 12! I liked him as a friend.

She's a right little slag now, i have her on my facebook. it's odd how people don't really change much sometomes! But at 10 years of age lol.
I'm sure i will have said these before.

well ive been through quite a few personal attacks about my appearance and stuff that i wont go into (or force myself to remember the worst ones) it just seems people will find anything to take the piss at although nothing as bad as some of comments ive read here, or nothing that i can recall pretty much all of secondary school was a 5 year bullying

however from a mate i was told the other year if he had my life he would kill himself, presumably from the fact i pretty much never go out/socialise hm that ones stuck with me a while
