My oh my I've slacked. The lowest I ever got was just before xmas last year at 82kg which was after a good 7-8 months of sorting myself out and getting rid of 25kg.
Well as of this morning I'm 83kg I'm actually a little miffed because I don't drink now, I'm walking shit loads more than ever and I'm so stressed most of the time I'm skipping meals....yet I'm still a bit heavier Ideally I'd like to get under 80..ish. |

I didn't even think I was that ..chubby when I was 110kg...till I saw a photo, I looked like jabba the hutt Are you around 6ft? I found it incredibly easy to get down to low-mid 80's without even paying much attention..but now it feels like a bit of a wall where I might need to exercise as well |

But I've started to creep up from 80 and it seems I may need to diet even harder and perhaps do some exercise as well (I sit on my arse all day). Yeah, I'm 5' 11" (to answer your question) |

I've gone from 12st3 to 11st2 (around 71kg). I'd like to get to 11 over the next couple of weeks and then want to put on a little more in muscle by hitting the gym. Ideally reducing body fat percentage and be as lean as I've ever been. I've been putting it off for years but it's a challenge I always fancied. It's a good time for me to focus on this now so maybe this is the time I'll succeed.
