My oh my I've slacked. The lowest I ever got was just before xmas last year at 82kg which was after a good 7-8 months of sorting myself out and getting rid of 25kg.

Well as of this morning I'm 83kg

I'm actually a little miffed because I don't drink now, I'm walking shit loads more than ever and I'm so stressed most of the time I'm skipping meals....yet I'm still a bit heavier Ideally I'd like to get under 80..ish.

^ 75 sounds like giving up a muller rice too far for me

I didn't even think I was that ..chubby when I was 110kg...till I saw a photo, I looked like jabba the hutt

Are you around 6ft? I found it incredibly easy to get down to low-mid 80's without even paying much attention..but now it feels like a bit of a wall where I might need to exercise as well

That's exactly where I'm at. Getting to around 80, and even below, I managed all through diet alone, and actually diet is massively the main factor in weight loss. But I've started to creep up from 80 and it seems I may need to diet even harder and perhaps do some exercise as well (I sit on my arse all day).

Yeah, I'm 5' 11" (to answer your question)

^ Could you elaborate a bit on your diet and exercise routine? Would be interesting to hear more.

I've gone from 12st3 to 11st2 (around 71kg). I'd like to get to 11 over the next couple of weeks and then want to put on a little more in muscle by hitting the gym. Ideally reducing body fat percentage and be as lean as I've ever been. I've been putting it off for years but it's a challenge I always fancied. It's a good time for me to focus on this now so maybe this is the time I'll succeed.
