Tutorial, pfft. I'll tell you how to do it because someone else here told me and I feel like passing it on:

1) Go to Youtube and search for the video. You'll see the web address looks something like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tLMev1pO2FA

2) Copy the bit after the = sign; in this case it's tLMev1pO2FA

3) Either click the "Youtube" link above or type square-bracket, no space, YOUTUBE no space, close-square-bracket. This little piece of syntax is called a tag.

4) Paste your data. tLMev1pO2FA

5) Close the tag. square-bracket, forward slash, no space YOUTUBE no space close-square-bracket.

6] Press "go" and enjoy
