Gluten free cornflakes

I went through a fleeting moment of thinking I had Celiac disease so bought a load of GF stuff

Forgot I still had these left, they aint half bad actually..but then I guess you would expect it when they cost twice as much as regularly bog standard tesco cornflakes

After chickpeas, it's the main ingredient of Hummus. It's basically ground sesame seeds - it is a paste but has a lot of oil. I suppose a seed butter if you like. I'm a bit love/hate.

Wandered round Sainsbury's earlier as I had an hour to wait. Didn't really need anything so was looking at weird and wonderful condiments. (The exciting life I lead)
Saw some Frenchie's American mustard for £1 as ppl keep going on about American mustard being diffrent....I thought I'd give it a go.

Admittedly I don't really like English mustard (except as an ingredient in something), I can cope with French Wholegrain but it's something I've acquired. I thought American mustard might be more mild and palatable - it really isn't It's like some kind of Satanic pus. How can this be so popular in the US?

All's good (thanks for your concern, everyone!) - these things are delicious!

The edible part inside the nut is called 'nutmeat'! I quite liked that..

What made you think you were allergic to walnuts?
Yeah they are scrummy.

I'm eating big succulent black grapes that have been chilled in the fridge.

Here lies Spud, who died of an unfortunate dalliance with nutmeat.

That's up there with my ancestors 'visitation by God' death.
