 I am thinking I may have over promised and may have to back out of something rather important. This happens so much, this is why I should stop drinking, I am overconfident in my abilities when I drink. I am calmly picturing the event I need to go to and I just cannot see a way that I can manage it. Its like all my worst anxiety nightmares rolled in to one event.

^ I really dont think I can, not on my own and its day time so the only person I could take as a security blanket will be at work. We all know I dont like restaurants, its basically 200 people or so, all on massive long benches eating and passing dishes around. VEGETARIAN dishes
 Out of all these people I only know one of them and he wont be sat with me. I am going to have to find a way to back out I think.

Why I bother to be kind and nice to the people at work when all they do is moan about everything. I try and be a good leader and they still complain. Maybe I should say tough shit and get on with it.

Why did I say I was OK to stay working on the project I'm temporarily on until April? Twice. To two different people.
I'm so bored and fed up with it I don't feel like getting up in the mornings. I'm just such a complete coward for not saying so, I just don't know how to express it in a constructive way. Frankly I'm fed up and bored of everything; work, non-work whatever that is, London, myself, life.

 I am a bit gutted, I broke one of my lovely plates today, on the way up my stairs with a curry on it (the plate not the stairs). I managed to safely eat off the held together halves but thats one less plate They are old and this one was crazed like mad I guess, still, bugger

I think its time I actually moved.
There is a rather big serious sounding fight outside. There is a meatwagon there now but there are a lot of angry people and just 4 plods. And after I said it wasnt so bad around here recently  ....... I both love and hate this place. I think probably hate tonight. In the time it took to type this we now have the original wagon and three cars. No ambulance yet and no sign of quincy.

I guess I should have a look at my cctv, it would have capture the very start. the thing is I will just feel shitty if I have to contact them and am unable. I dont like police and they dont like me. It works fine as it is. I hope I am not called on to pop out tonight ^ Is that am or have miggsy ? coz to be honest I very much doubt either are true

^ Nope, still searching with dogs. I hope they give up, I know its not there because somebody came back for it just before they arrived. Mind you I wouldnt mind them carting away the fly tipped stuff and searching through it just in case.
[edit] details removed. So then people.... What do I do ? The plod are idiots (assumed anyway) if they dont spot my cameras. I have a fake one and 3 real ones, only one is hidden, the rest are intended to be noticed. Currently going for "all lights off an hiding" option.
