I'm 53 now and living in Bulgaria with the woman of my dreams.
Sometimes the depression pushes everything else aside - it is very isolated where I live now, especially in winter, and I have to face myself each morning -strutting its persona across the canvas of my life but, all-in-all, I'm feeling pretty good.

It's a shame youngsters consider us old when we feel so young and vulnerable at times (I'm 52).

I'm back in the UK now after being defeated by my anxiety.
I'm filling in countless forms to get back into the system.
I'm depressed and suicidal; but I son't let it get me down.
How are you coping, Winnie?

I don't want to live forever - there'd be so much time to fill with complaints about how old I was.............

But you'd like to pull up a chair in this 'club'?
You are very welcome, Sarah.
We can over-look your lack of age .
Enjoy yourself - but the swings are my favourite so leave one spare.....

And don't make waves!!
nobody seem to like any disturbance of their equilibrium, here.
It's very, very quiet.
They seem to be waiting for God. Or something.
