Getting the train to work these three people were happy in a seemingly positive mood. I sit across them. I think the guy across me pretended to sleep as I am anxious in the train and may have been giving off a negative vibe.

He was also wearing a mind shirt. I think this is what annoys me sometimes if you say you are for mental illness and aware of it why aren’t you comfortable it open to it if it’s on the severe side.

I think my workplace, a few people have been making it negative for me, but it’s subtle passive aggressive behaviours. It may show in my face a bit more than I’m aware of this morning. My cousin said I need to be more comfortable with myself. I think my environment or some people that I surround myself around make this hard, especially if they seem to expect you to act a certain way. I notice how lack of confidence and anxiety seem to creep up on me as well.

^^^ You can search keto cakes on YouTube. I don’t think sugar free automatically means healthy though. But keeps a keto eater in ketosis I assume.

^ Tidying is good! Enjoy your long weekend

@ Amara - The man wearing a MIND t-shirt may well have had mental health issues too which is why he pretended to be asleep on the train. I often used to close my eyes and pretend to be sleeping if someone was sitting directly opposite me because the close proximity and unavoidable eye contact would set off my social anxiety symptoms.

I'm sure your cousin means well, but it sounds like he/she doesn't quite understand social anxiety and how it isn't that simple to feel more comfortable with yourself.

I need to go to the chemist to pick up my prescription as I've only got a couple more doses, but the sun's out and my neighbours are sitting in their front yard. Looks like I'll be rationing what I've got till Tuesday...

@Consolida

I agree, I wasn’t thinking when I posted I think or wasn’t in the best of moods.

I think his advice is correct. He is only 13. That’s the great thing about childhood. I think if you aren’t bullied it’s easier to be authentic. Maybe adult expectations makes us suspectable to putting on a mask which can trigger mental illnesses.

I feel I have gotten use to the silent treatment and other passive aggressive behaviours by certain people that I somehow seem to take it less personally or think I am more ready to stand up to it. Maybe it's also a change in my perception and accepting myself more though.

Young people are growing less tolerant of LGBTQ individuals

Idk of this is true, or still true, but I wouldn’t be surprised judging by some online content I come across. Lots of content says men are becoming too feminine while females are becoming too masculine. Recently I feel this logic is totally wrong as I know that the main reason I don’t have the clearest view of who I like is not because me or others act wrong but a lack of real life social interaction. I feel that this is probably the real issue with today’s generation.

Another weekend wasted

I'm not sure what constitutes a weekend not wasted..but it certainly feels like all mine are just a small breather between the relentlessly stressy, overworked, underpaid work sessions.

I wish I was one of those people who seem fairly content with working the week then spending their weekends either going for a walk/a drink/or whatever their hobby is.

After the dealings with my doctor over my heart..issue/complaint which I've decided to just try and ignore and hope I don't just drop dead at any given point..I have absolutely no interest in going to him about depression, He literally would just tell me to cheer up

Reactivated my Instagram, unfollowed some people. However it feels draining. So somehow don't feel like going back, it's confusing.
