now that is strange. I was just in my local supermarket and there was pretty much just me and this police officer in this aisle, and this police officer seemed to be monitoring me. So I walk towards him, if he had something to say, he could say it. But nope, nothing. Bizarre.

^ Me and my sister used to always get watched in shops. My favourite thing to do when someone working in a shop is tracking me and following me, is to walk around in a small, continuous loop or suddenly zigzag or go backwards and see how long they follow me for. It's funny how long they keep up and then they suddenly realise.

(I wouldn't advise doing that to a rozzer though!)

Wait, what? Biscuits and her sister are secretly rebels and calls the police Rozzer?! Sorry to third person you Biscuits. Just was saying that in my head ‘wait, what?’. I had a different perception of you.

I honestly think the social anxiety is just getting worse. Maybe because I've spent the last several years not really going anywhere or seeing anyone and I now have no friends. I feel like I've taken massive leaps back. It's hard to believe that only a few years ago my social anxiety had basically become non-existent.

I sold something on Facebook marketplace and I've been dreading them coming all day. When the person came I think I really embarrassed myself and made her feel awkward. Now I can't stop thinking about it.

Stresssssed, turns out that trying to buy a house is quite a stressful thing, especially when you don't really know what you're doing.

Haha making someone that works in a shop realise that you realise that they're following you isn't rebellious. We just did innocent things you do in childhood like stepping into the shop window display and pretending to be mannequins. Playing the floor is lava across the whole of Asda. Playing the musical instruments in Comet. Going to town in the doorbell aisle of Do It All. Fairly tame things!

Sorry if this is really a big NO-NO at the moment, but how about joining some baby groups. They cool ones that are less social like sensory play or baby yoga, rather than a sitting in a coffee shop with the pressure to chat. Sometimes you can find them at the library or community centre.

Plus having a baby is great for an exit strategy. "Uh-oh, code brown, gotta go!"

^ have you tried a foot spa? When I say a foot spa I mean putting warm water in a bowl and giving them a nice soak. It always makes you need a wee, but it's soothing. You can get fancy and use a bath bomb or some bubble bath.

^ not to get all NHS 101 service on you, but what's the pain like? Where abouts?

I get achy feet from shoes, not wearing shoes, sitting in a position, standing for too long, walking too much. And sometimes I get the planterfisher thing (that I can't spell).

Warm. Sat here in my dressing gown feeling mildly clammy. I woke up around 4ish sweating, i had to do away with the top blanket. Lol, i've still got my winter layers on the bed. Embrace the warmth, get used to it, prepare.

Won’t be long until ‘argh I can’t stand anything on me, it’s too god damn hot!’

I’m a bit frustrated, I could have met a group today but my tail rod ends are vulnerable on my car. (Getting repaired in the week)

^ Sorry to hear that Kooky.

I'm not feeling great. Missed my dose of Mirtazapine last night, first time I've done that, and I've been freaking out about it all day.

Errm, going on holiday by myself in 10days time (was meant to be as a duo but... Circumstances ) I've not planned anything and very concerned about being isolated and feeling completely alone and out of my depth...

I need to start planning but the planning is making me anxious. Flights are non refundable and I need to go.

My thoughts are - Just stick to the fundamentals. One step at a time. Then you can do more as you feel more at ease with where you are. Don't have huge expectations- you've been let down, all you can try and salvage what you can. Even if its just lying back in the hotel room relishing the hot sun. But look at what's around you and weigh up whether you're okay going to that.

Urgh, just saw a video of a lad getting beat up by a mob of schoolkids. Instant black cloud mood, tinged with impotent rage.
