Rant about to occur, look away now...

My ****ing shitty university has decided to change my ****ing timetable right at the last bloody minute. So as I go to double check which room I should be in next monday, I now discover that I am in fact due to be in next Tuesday. So I need to give work TWO DAYS NOTICE that I can no longer work on Tuesdays. As a mature student I NEED TO WORK TO PAY MY BILLS SO THAT I DON'T GET BLOODY EVICTED! It's not just a little extra drinking money. I also work in a preschool, so they have to meet staff ratios. If someone can't work it ****s things up. I am also the named keyworker for some of the children, so it's also going to **** that up too. Nice for the children eh. Seeing as the degree I'm doing is related to my job, I'm pretty sure they're aware that some of us work in settings and the implications this would have, but who gives a **** eh.

Oh and thanks for not putting up any info about the modules untill a few days before, handy for doing prep work over the summer

Looking forward to going into work and giving them the good news.

And relax.

^ Wow, that's shit. That certainly warrants a rant, and I'd have thrown a few "*****" in there for good measure!

Sorry to hear about that, anyway.

I would put in a formal complaint or two. I wish I'd put in a few as well. Unfortunately uni staff seem able to do whatever they want without any kind of accountability

I'm having a dirty convo on face book with my mate and her fella!
I'm thinking about going back to sleep, I've done all I need to do today. I'm bored but happy, I'm feeling kinda all dippy and nuts, like a 2 yr old! Hmmm.

Think I'll go bye byes

I'm feeling mardy.
I wanna go out and just have a laugh just for a couple of hours anything, I don't care or even if someone came round.
I just wanna stop being 'mum' just for a bit, I love being mum and wouldn't change it for the world but I wanna feel like 'Kate' just an ikkle, I've forgotten what 'Kate' feels like

Tonight is going to be long miserable and a tad depressing I feel

Befals. As someone who works at a uni and gets fed up with all the mismanagement and last minute decisions I can believe that only too easily . Hope it doesn't mess things up too much for you.

I don't feel so great now (but a bit better after starting on the beer which is slightly worrying). Had a good night last night but still worried that nothing (at least nothing realistically obtainable) is going to be good enough to make me feel ok long term. I wish I knew how to accept that I can't always have what I want and feel ok about it, I feel kind of childish that I can't. But when it's something almost everyone else can get without even having to make any effort, it's hard to accept and I don't see why I should.

Worn out from a week of work (how does everyone else manage to cope with full-time jobs yet I can't!?), pissed off that the council have 'amended' my tax bill so I'm paying £30 more a month which I don't have, pissed off with the RSPCA guy who called round (I hate door-to-door salesmen at the best of times, especially when I've just stepped out of the shower) and feeling that I'm losing the majority of my friends too... in summary, totally fed up

Me I feel better than I did. Yet guilty.

Better as I've got everything done that has to be I'm sitting in bed with a voddi a fag and the washing machine going (not in me bed tho!) Getting my mad hair all chopped off next week too, may even dye it red, not sure yet
I'm happy with who I am (thats the most important thing) and where I am only 2 things missing my monster Mog and a bloody job! I must have applied for every single support worker job in the western world! And I got a really nice text off someone really nice earlier too so thats helped me too

Guilty because Jade was chatting to her friend Lottie on MSN earlier and they miss eachother so much I had this knot in my stomach knowing it is my fault and my unhappieness that shatterd 3 peoples dreams (ok one of which I don't care about) but my babies I do. And that hurt - Selfish I know but can't help it.

Well tomorrow me and the snotface is owft schlopping and then she's buggering off with her mates so it's housework day for mummy tomorrow - YAY!!
May even ponce about in the garden for a bit see what I can wreck and where I can build a BBQ !!
