Making some French Toast and having a diet coke. I will never sleep if I do, but tomorrow is super strict diet start date so might be last chance for some scrummy food.

Is that next month then, the 40th? What sort of event will it be? Disco, house party, paintballing

I'm the opposite, i could do with putting on a bit. I weighed myself earlier - 12.5st. I've always kept a steady weight, it never fluctuates, i'd have to eat a lot more to put on and i'm already eating plenty!

Yeah Oct. Dunno, lol, she keeps changing her mind. I txt her earlier asking if they'd made a decision on the venue but haven't heard back from her (or my phone isn't in the tiny reception hot spot in my flat, lol)

You jammy sod My weight goes up and down quite rapidly within a 4Ib range. I seem to retain water alot (salt addict) . Tho I think at the min it's just laziness and tiredness from meds.

^ That's kinda annoying, no? Doesn't what she eventually chooses effect whether you go or not?

When did you start on the meds? Although i said my weight doesn't fluctuate, i really meant that it doesn't vary significantly, there's a slight difference day-to-day but not much - i can still easily get into clothes that i wore over ten yrs ago.

Well originally it was to be a posh high tea thing (something different) or going to a restaurant. Hopefully she'll stick to either of these. I think i'll be going no matter what :/. But yeah it's annoying not knowing.

I started taking 10mg about 3 months ago and started upping the dose to 20mg (the max) about 6 weeks ago.

Jesus! I wish I could get into clothes from 10 years ago!

^ Awesome, that's pretty ballsy. I doubt you'll be waiting long to know, she'll have to book sooner or later

Ahh, yeah, i thought you hadn't been on them long, i vaguely remember you posting about upping the dose.

Ha! I wish i considered getting into old clothes a good thing :/

I don’t know how old you are, but I truly hope that your situation will have changed for the better and that you’ll have loved ones around you when the time comes.
Have you told your GP how hopeless you have been feeling about everything recently? I don’t know if you are taking any medication?
It’s so hard knowing what to say, but I hope posting here helps you a little

Have been taking the Ecitalopram for almost a week now. I’m on 20mg and it’s really knocked me for six. I just hope it’s all worth it and it helps with the depression. Things are pretty bad at the moment and I’m even struggling to go out on my own

I really really need to go out on my own later to get a few things for a loved ones birthday but I***8217;m struggling to get out the front door. I***8217;m okay if I have my husband or son with me but I***8217;ve started to feel so nervous about being on my own - I've become so dependant lately. The only place I feel safe these days is in my bedroom. I desperately need to step out of my comfort zone but most of the time people scare me

^^ What kind of things are you thinking of buying. Maybe you could go somewhere that is less daunting.

I hope things start to improve soon, could you order something online, Argos do someday/next day delivery and Amazon is also good but I know this won't solve the problem of leaving the house on your own.

^ ^ Thanks Jinny
I’m not quite so bad once im out, it’s just that initial getting through the door bit that I seem to struggle with. I’ll keep putting it off until it’s to late to go, and then go through the whole same thing the next day. I guess it’s a form of procrastination
I know what you mean about being aimless though Jinny. I’m better if I know what shop I’m going to and exactly what I’m getting. Although sometimes a spanner is thrown in the works by the shop not having what I wanted
Also, if you aren't quite sure what to get as a gift it does involve a fair bit of aimless wandering around and as I’m aware of the clock ticking by and needing to get home to make the tea, I start to get more and more flustered and panicky.

^^ Thanks newbs Your idea about ordering something online is a great one but I’m not very computer savvy and I’ve left it a bit late now as delivery takes a good few days for what I wanted. Also, and this is the main problem, as the recipient of my gift lives under the same roof they will see what I’ve ordered and probably take delivery if it at the front door when it arrives, so hardly a surprise. Bleugh Birthdays, Christmas, let’s ban them all!

I might crack on and drink the remainder of the keg i was drinking from last night, i reckon there's a couple of pints left. I've also got a few cans of Guinness that need to be dealt with - no point prolonging things.

Getting up, at 6am. I have had my sleep so the natural thing is to get up right ?

The cows have done it (noisy bstards) perhaps I should? But then what, what the hell can one do at 6 am? I just don't get how the non-city works.

I know what farm animals do at 6am, they have sex what sounds like very close to my tent, that may have been pigs or boars, something had sex very close to my tent anyway and it wasn't me.
