I had Christmas dinner, Turkey, roast potatoes, mashed potato, roasted parsnips and carrots, stuffing, peas, sprouts, cranberry sauce and turkey gravy.

It was nut roast, parsnips, carrots, sprouts, roast potatoes and stuffing.

Nut roast, roast potatoes, carrots, parsnips, stuffings (not keen on any of that except the potatoes) and then a large slice of my now traditional Patisserie Valerie cake that looked a bit like the picture below (I forgot to take a picture before slicing it).





That's with chocolate sponge inside and two layers of Sabayon cream (a bit custard like with marsala wine mixed in).
