What would you be doing now if you weren't on SAUK?
Hi,
Lately I am realising how distracting SAUK is and if I wasn't on it all the time I would be doing: housework researching jobs working on my computer course feeling lonely reading

You should try temp banning yourself from sauk, thats what I do when I find it distracting. I find other sites less addicting anyways.

When I joined SAUK it was good to distract me away from the huge panic attacks I was getting and it worked. But I was here virtually all day and it kept my head in the sand about solving my financial and other problems.
I agree, the downside is it can be a bad distraction. I tend to just try and make brief visits now and follow fewer threads. It does take a bit of discipline and sometimes I lapse. Anyway, must get on with something...
