Why do mine have to be so insanely heavy? How can I walk all the way into town and back when I can't even get from the bedroom to the bathroom?

I think tonight is the first time I've been in this much pain due to my period starting. I've just taken something for the pain, hopefully I can go to sleep soon .

Wouldn't it be great if every woman had a perfectly regular cycle that never ever changed apart from when pregnant? It'd be a lot less confusing if so.
