^ I think that it's just me that complains about it . A one woman cheap wigs on the television and film hating band. I notice it so much that it's all I can look at. I'm desperate to find someone else who notices it too.

London Kills,

interesting little series,
it's a bit like a generally watered-down version of line Of Duty.

I take it you are not a fan of Donald Trump then?

I'm sure that thing on his head is a wig disguised as a light wispy combover secured with fixing spray,
quite a work of art.

Anyone watching the second season of The White Lotus? I'm enjoying it so far (four episodes in) - I think it's probably even better than the first one.

Anyone watching the new BBC game/challenge show The Traitors?

Pretty much everyone in it is annoying, the rules weren't really explained very clearly and the challenges are crap, but it is also incredible.

Romesh Ranganathan Netflix special... 10mins of (which is enough). I'm not sure how he's got this far. He's what i would think the average standard of a comedian is.

I'm really disturbed that they're going to put a dead body on channel 4. They should have put it on 6pm whilst everyone was eating.

^ remember when they dissected someone on the telly a few years back? Everyone was obsessed with it. It's something I could never watch. I really wanted to be an Occupational Therapist and when I went to the open day they mentioned that we would have to look at dissected bodies. I thought to myself, "I wonder if I can get an earlier train home?"

I can imagine! I've just watched 20 mins of this programme, it's not as bad as all that. Couldn't watch anymore though.

There's a new series as well on there, but I can't imagine it will feel as edgy as it did in the 90s.
Thanks Bics! And apologies for taking forever just to reply about Heartbreak High....I'm still get to start it, and agree the new one won't be the same, they should've brought back some of the old characters, like parents of the new students

^ Woops, I got the name wrong, it's Ancient Apocalypse. He speaks to lots of experts in their fields, it's not just him waffling on about nonsense lol. And there's some very compelling evidence.

I don't think the archaeologists and geologists he talks to in the programme have been "taken in" they're just talking about the latest evidence.

the SAA: (society for American Archaelogy)

Quote:
Archaeologists devote their lives and careers to researching and sharing knowledge about the past with the public. Netflix's new series "Ancient Apocalypse" undermines trust in their work and aligns with racist ideologies.

The SAA's letter to Netflix and ITN Productions highlights our grave concerns with "Ancient Apocalypse," a show that disparages archaeology and archaeologists and aligns with racist ideologies.

We have requested Netflix and ITN remove any labels that state or imply that this series is a factual documentary or docuseries, reclassify the series as “science fiction," and to balance the deleterious content in the show with scientifically accurate information about our human past.

The same archaeologists and geologists who complained about their words being edited and taken out of context?

More likely an alien landed on earth had relations with a monkey then went back to their decent planet and we're the result. We must be due a huge maintenance payment.
