But thank you for believing in me!

Recovering from a minor injury I picked up from lifting weights 2 weeks ago, recovering fairly well, I'll give it 5 more days. Once I've fully healed I'm going to do a 4 weeks strength program 5 days a week, followed by a bulking program for 3 months to put on weight. I'm really eager to start this, I can't begin to explain how horrible it feels not being able to lift weights or do any calisthenics in the last 2 weeks. And with my strength and bulking program, I get to eat loads of calories. Loads.
So hyped about that.
I just hope I don't lose my abs.

Halloween is a good one. Coming from a country where Halloween is not really celebrated, I've never properly had a go at dressing up as a scary creature and roam the streets, but I love the idea !

I'm looking forward to BBC's Line of Duty Season 5 !

I'm looking forward to losing more weight, I've dropped nearly a stone in a week.

I have lots of things I should be looking forward to..but the anxiety just makes me constantly worried about them..kind of kills any excitement.

hehe. It's a Marvel film and it's going to be a 12A so shouldn't be scary. (I hope)

Not really anything.

Oh I just signed up for the work annual jolly since there was a space free, but I'm more anxious than excited. Why did I do that!? Social interaction with colleagues, yay. That won't be awkward at all. At least there's vast amounts of free alcohol.

Spoke to my Granny today, haven't spoken to her for probably 10+years. I'm looking forward to saving enough money to see my family in Nigeria. Some of who I have never seen or spoken to.

A coach-trip to a seaside town in a few weeks.
I like planning out the shops I'll visit, the food I'll take (I think it will be far too busy to buy food at a cafe there), the places I can walk and view the sea...
Even if the weather packs it in, I'll enjoy it.

^ I really need to book a holiday but I am dragging my feet. I have two weeks I have to use up before the end of the calendar year. I just don't know what I want to do. I just don't feel like doing anything at all, or nothing at all.
