Default New guy
New here so bit nervous.
Anyway I have many fears including social anxiety, and don't have a clue how to cope with them. Anyone else have multi (?) phobias, from anything to everything just about?

Yeah, but noone really understood what i mean being afraid of so much as well as social anxiety, noone really gets that either in my experience.

Hi and a warm welcome to the site.

I've have recently been in total reclusion for 15 months,and during other periods, until 3 weeks ago, so in my way have suffered. Life is currently pretty good.

I think this site is great and peopled by great people and I hope you will find it beneficial.
