Yeah well I pretty much work on Hereward Rise, the big office building on the corner, lol.
My address is Cradley Heath but I'm right on the borders of Old Hill and Halesowen.

Closest town is Blackheath which is about 10 minutes walk.

You work in Lygon Court, doing what?

My loungers here. I give it a week before my fat arse caves it in.

Had my med dosage doubled, need to be spaced out to cope with job search crap. Never thought something as simple as this could cause so much mental strain. Should've stayed in education whilst I was at least somewhat sane.

It's just a phone call to claim it. You would have to send them sick notes from your GP during the assessment phase. I've been on the assessment phase from October last year to the present. I had an ATOS medical a few weeks ago and am waiting to hear the result (which could also take ages). However, the person who did my assessment told me that there's no way she's passing me fit for work. I found that a little odd as the person doing the assessment is not supposed to be able to make the decision but that's what she said to me.

Watching graham Norton last night was cringeworthy couldn't understand a word the American girl was saying and the bearded person who won Eurovision was just on there for the shock factor.

I've braved driving lessons, and joined a gym: two things that many people find difficult, but I still find asking someone 'How are you?' the most difficult thing. Agh, stupid brain!

Well done for deciding on something, I know you've been struggling with it. Good choice, by the way!

Its so easy to forget your COMPLETE lack of confidence if you've been in your comfort zone for a long time. And then you get caught off guard and someone turns you into a reck. Things seem all to familiar once again and then you say 'reality is a bitch.'

Been out to the shops, strutted down the street like Tony Manero in the Sunshine (Sun Sheeeyiiinnneeeee.. as we say in Mancs) feeling relaxed. I'm used to the mini tesco, my brain now accepts the environment so i'm chilled. (albeit through lots of exposure) I end up bumping into my Neighbours on the way back home. I literally shrank and turned into another person.

Its interesting now analysing the thoughts going around in my head at the time. They are not accurate or even real but it feels like they are. It's like my mind is a jukebox and someone has triggered a particular song that makes me feel like shit, then my body reacts and I become conscious of it. Messes my head up even more. It's like a dance of extreme anxiety. The Anxiety dance. I'm in avoidant mode now in case I bump into my neighbours again. In other words and as pathetic as it sounds.....Scared. I'm not beating myself up on what happened because nothing did happen other than I might have appeared nervous. I'm rarely avoidant doing normal stuff these days, even if I have a panic attack I can handle that infront of strangers but its worse getting in a panic in front of people your going to see again because an expectation has been set up and you know the other people have an inaccurate judgement of who you are. Thats why i'm feeling avoidant. I think.

Gotta sought myself out. Which i'm doing tbf but this morning made me realize my level of f*ckedupness and what along way I have to go before I can be myself (radiant) in front of others.

Ramble ramble ramble blah blah blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

I know the cure for this. If your hair was covered in dirt, youd shampoo it out, right?

So if you smell like dog shampoo, the antidote is (obviously) dog dirt
