She deserves the sack. Even at 4% you'd get a couple of mm depending on the site.

Really, yes I won't let it happen again. Interesting about the hormone problems; I had this one month without going into finer detail and it had never happened before - that's when I thought something was definitely wrong and started with the ice cream. That fixed it.

Thanks! Yes I remember a few of the exercises and them being exceptionally good but I definitely need to refresh my memory. I don't know why I stopped doing it, I think it went out of fashion for a while/I got lazy

I used a machine at the gym. I don't know how accurate it is/was.

('bare' being a slang term for 'much/a lot', someone told me) She was still big herself, and I felt inexpressibly happy and, yup, smug. My weight was one of the most teased things at school and now it'd gone.

Then I piled it all back on. But I will lose it again. I want that springiness back in my step and to wear the beautiful shirts (and a pair of bright gold jeans) in my wardrobe.
LOL @ the gold jeans

i've also got a lot of clothes in my wardrobe that no longer fit me. i'd started chucking them out but if i could just lose some weight i'd be able to fit into them again.

Hello just thought i would write in and say i am on my second week of healthy eating plan. Its going ok. I have actually done better than i thought i would. I mainly have cereal and soya milk for brekki , some sort of salad or soup for lunch and a healthy stew for dinner. I am laying off my carbs as they are not my friend and generally snacking on sunflower seeds and raisins hhhhmmmm yum , not !!
I am a heffer so will start exercising next week but nothing too vigorous , all in good time.
