umm new to the site, it seem quite nice .
Iam 26 , house bound but trying with the help of very littles meds as possible and more pushing myself to interact

I was in a very similar place to you myself only a year or so ago but I ended up taking Prozac for depression and had the help of the NHS mental health team. Welcome to the site hope this place is helpful to you =)
