Default American Spellchecker?

Don't know if it's viable or not but could we get a real English spellchecker? I am fed up with it telling me to replaces my es's with zee's. Probably very unlikely I am sure that this is an easy fix.

What spellchecker are you using, deeshow? I use the one built into Firefox. That way, I can install additional dictionaries as I need them.

I have no idea what spellchecker it is. It just keeps throwing up redlines under words in the forum reply box.

Which browser are you using? I think IE/vBulletin has a spellcheck facility, but I'll have to look into it

Mozilla firefox 3. Looked for addons and only canadian, greek, australian and US English available???

concise precisely colour

Hurray success! I found it. Couldn't find it searching in addons as it didn't come up under searches for spell checks. But the right click short cut on a page brings up the language option. Only en-US listed but under that was Add Dictionaries. And after selecting that it has listed English (British), so I installed it.
