I used to post here about 3-4 years ago. I'm afraid I cannot report I am any better. I have done CBT etc and I am now waiting to begin EMDR therapy with a psychologist.

I thought I should try and communicate again with other in my situation.

Social anxiety is like disease that seems cannot be cured for me atm

How's everyone anyway?

Also how do I change my picture. I dont want the flag up anymore and I have no idea what made me put it up lol

There is a cure, vaccination is being rolled out in 2015.
