****ing hell. walked to bp garage for some fags and these 3 leary lads were insulting the cashier cos he wouldn't serve them for spitting in the tray. thought they were gonna beat me up for being ugly and wearing sandals. didn't dare look at them and had to shout my order which was hard cos i'm quietly spoken and didn't wanna draw attention to myself.then i saw this guy with 2 hot looking birds on each arm on the way home and wished i'd got that beating

I got my brothers wife texting and e-mailing me every 5 minutes because she wants to see me.

I'm waiting on news from (the dark side) about my stuff from my sister, ha, coz he aint man enough to talk to me!!!!

And I've got to spend the day with a mad dog. That quite frankly needs sedating, She's doing me nut in.

Feeling quite down at the minute

. Its dawning how on me bad my SA is I simple can not do things other people find easy. Im sick of living like this day in day out. I cant even go into a shop, cafe and ask for something as my public speaking fear is too bad. I feel useless no friends, unable to even look at woman and pretty much ignored in society.

I feel like a bit of a bastard, really. Some girl randomly said 'hello' to me (I didn't know who she was) whilst cycling past me when I was walking out and it took me by surprise and so I didn't say anything in response. I wanted to, but then I had a mental block.

Hmm, I just managed talk to someon on msn I crossed paths in in rl and go the msn. Anyway we talked a bit and got along quite well as friends. Asked her what she doing today and she this and that, asked me and I said I will spend the day in. She reacted all 'aww next time we arrange meet' and that.. hmm.. ok!!!

(As friends..)

But I was eating at the same time and the whole conversation I was trying to give the person hints that I get kinda anxious round new people and to not take offense. I will gradually creep the facts in over time I just need people to realise that I dont find things it easy so need help along the way.

Anyway I feel kinda sick now.. Got nervous talking to someone msn as usual while eating isnt a good combination.

My life is so sad that I managed to do this conversation fine but my body just keeps trying to drag me down. Obviously my mind is causing my body to act that way though.. I wish I wasnt crazy..

Well you should of ran after her and got her number!!

Seriously.. Thats kinda a normal response in some situations. If your in your own little world and someone jogs you out of it. Maybe next time you see her you can be expecting it. You never know.

I know, but it just makes me think how shit I'd feel if I said hello to someone and they didn't respond back. But then again, others are normal and probably wouldn't dwell on such a thing.

Sometimes I wish I could wear an "SA" badge so people can understand my weird behaviour.
