Aww thats a nice idea 'igbaws' but i can't motivate myself to join in with it,the way i'm feeling I think because of the type of forum this is that alot of people won't be in the mood to join in. Good luck though,hope it works for you!

Here are some from me:
1. The fear you feel is unreal 2. The danger is imagined not real, so there is nothing to fear 3. Nobody is out to threaten me 4. People do not notice symptoms of anxiety, they have there own issues to deal with 5. Do not take yourself so seriously 6. Mistakes don’t matter 7. You look a lot better than you feel 8. Nobody is perfect 9. I am doing ok |
