Default Intro thread

I don't think I'm very unusual. I've been on a lot of SSRIs, I feel overly grey on them and they don't seem to help with anxiety. Sometimes benzos at small doses seem to help but I'm also overly scared of addiction and tolerance so I only take them a few times a month. I've been to counselling on and off but it just feels like they can't really help me that much, except for helping me to reframe things, but I don't know. I mean as I said SSRIs don't seem to help with anxiety and it sort of seems like things that aren't drugs may help me more.
