^Yea, those seem way less annoying/intimidating in comparison to mosquitoes. xD

We get loadsa mosquitos where I am in the summer. I went to a pub quiz and sat outside and my back was absolutely covered in bites when I got home. They seem to quite like my blood, which isn't good for me because I sometimes have reactions to them (localised swelling) and have to take antihistamines. I've been to the doctors to have bites as big as golf balls lanced before!

That everything seems like a mess but I don’t even know if this is a valid thought to have. Because I’m also thinking am I being Black and White? Should or am I expecting everything to be perfect?

But at the same time I feel like I have been ignoring things that I am not happy with. Tbrh, sometimes I feel like when I’m in a happier state it usually involves ignoring or not focusing on things that seem to cause issues in my life. For example, now that recently I’ve been focusing more on autism I actually feel more angry.

But maybe it’s because I focus on issues but don’t usually confront them?

Oh, that sure sucks! It seems like something I'd probably worry a little about, especially if I was someone who loves traveling.

Well it's not too bad really. It doesn't hurt to get them lanced and they run iodine on it. But it's just pain that I had to go to the hospital everyday on holiday to get it redressed and iodined. The doctor thought I'd need a skin graft when I got back to the UK. But in the UK they're were more or less like, "have these dressings, change 'em yourself at home, love".

I just get itchy and they swell, but not all the time and it's nowhere near as bad as a food allergy.

What a waste of time and energy trying to be normal has been. Normal appears safe, deserving even. Normal people doing normal people things deem themselves deserving.

Also I've been so motivated for a long time by minimising stress, and I still am, but
of course it's always a stress competition. Which type of stress are you going to choose? Work stress and thus health stress versus financial stress and other emotional stress? Work stress and financial stress and health stress versus the stress of not settling down, or living in an area you find stressful or not being where you want to be in life?

Yes, like certain certain food makes skin itchy the way mosquitoes bites does? What type of food are you allergic to, biscuits?

when people are in a group, they will always exaggerate. I doubt that can of fish is that horrible, but then again, i have never heard of this Swedish fish before.

^^ thankfully, no food allergies at all it's only certain foods that make my stomach rage like pizza and raw onion.

Do you have any allergies?

I don't think I've tried fermented fish other than in sauces like fish sauce.

^Not really, which I'm grateful for since food is my only fix/only working antidepressant. Another thing I'm thankful for is that food I like most is actually the most cheap/affordable. xD

^Most food I love has no name in English. I typed the name of each dish in Google images and here are my top ones.
I'm not sure if they look the best, but they taste like heaven to me lol

What's that herby green stuff? I like the look of that. Looks good for drizzling.

Has anyone worked the season where people go on holiday in this country? I assume you'd need to share a room? I have a need to get away but if there's no decompression time or it might be difficult to do other work I'm not sure.

Yes, that would be good in the spring/ summer. I just know I’d have to explain my disability as soon as I’m asked to do something strenuous, like lifting things or digging a big hole. Doesn’t matter how lovely and understanding people are, I absolutely hate admitting to my disability. Although having to do that will be worth it if it ends up something I enjoy and find fulfilling.

Do you have a local games cafe? A new one opened up round here and they have social gaming nights where you just rock up and play games with randomers. I keep trying to work up the courage to go. Might be worth looking into. They also usually have campaigns as well like D&D and social deduction games if you fancy something heavier. (I'm getting Deja vu - sorry if I have said this to you already?)

Haha toothbrushes at the ready! (I'd hope they have the proper brushes though )
That’s a good point. The ‘interview’ is probably just a quick meeting to see if I am suitable. Some other volunteering opportunities have asked for proof of experience and a reference though!

There are a couple of board games clubs around here actually. Maybe it’s worth a go! I didn’t realise you can just rock up on your own, I thought you went there in groups of something. I’d have to pluck up the courage to go in there, but I’m sure I’d be fine once I got in. I just wouldn’t want to be with someone competitive - I know some people treat board games very seriously! However, if it’s not for me, I could always just leave. Nothing to lose I guess!

Don’t apologise biscuits! You may have mentioned it before, but I can’t remember. People like me need to be reminded though!

Recently I've been deciding to try sleeping on the opposite side of the bed and let me tell you that it's the best decision of 2024. I sleep so much better on this side of the bed. Although once I woke up wondering where the hell I was.

people might spend their entire life with their mind wandering non-stop about what they want, what they need or how they feel, yet rarely contemplate the fact that we actually have a literal weird-looking complex organ inside our skull that looks like this and controls everything, just basically it's who we are.

I want to have a conversation with it. I want to speak to what's so called Amygdala, why are you constantly making me so nervous? that's not how you are going to save my life, why are you so dumb? I want to talk to Dopamine /Serotonin., why you work against me when you're supposed to be mine?
