I've just woken up at silly o'clock.

For the past week and a half ive been able to fall asleep between 10-11pm. For some reason I wake up every night and I swear the time is always 2am something. And I can't go back afterwards.

Last night was the worse though because I was still awake at 1am. I must of fell asleep but then I woke up and it was 2 something.

Thought I was getting better, wide awake at silly o'clock and my foot is aching again.

Sleep seems to get shifted around the 24 hour day as one gets older. I seem to get some of my best sleep watching tv.

I knew a lady who every week stayed awake for the same 48 hour period. Think it was from Sunday night to Tuesday night. The first time I saw her I thought that she was maybe a bit of a Space Cadet, because her eyes were kind of glazed. She had just come off a 48 hour jag. Was before she told me.

My partner used to tell me about her nephew who used to say, as a lad, that he didn't want to sleep because he might miss something. Admirable in a way, I guess, but personally I've never felt that enthusiastic about Life.

^/^^ Hope you two have managed to get some sleep.

I've been awake since 5.30 (I went to bed around 1.30) and am struggling to get back off. I woke feeling amazingly depressed and hopeless, with all the lovely thoughts I tend to have when I feel that way racing around my head. I've written it all down in a little 'bad times' diary I'm keeping on my phone, not that it seems to have helped. I thought I was over this shit.

I keep going to sleep early, sleeping well, but waking up really tired.

First good sleep for days - prob weeks. Amazing. Hair is on end all tousled up! Lol. Better sort that one out before I head out today.

like til 2am? why. methinks its not just me that needs my night-time meds reviewed regularly. told right support system - like a professional so thats progress. MH must be improving slightly.

i'm told with confrontations you walk away confidently to hold the upper hand. will remember that one for this week.

My internal body clock has been blinking 12:00 in red 7-segment digits for the past few weeks now. I can't find the manual to reset it and I don't know which buttons to press.

Today I started the day at 3am

I got a few hours in at just after 10pm before i woke up on my side with my left arm up over my head completely numb up to my shoulder...lovely. Tried to drift off, but the longer it went on the more frustrating it got so turned to all night Playstation.
