Went today to buy some running trainers for the gym today and got some extra fancy insoles to make them more comfortable as i get shin splints. Guess what my shin is hurting now after being alright for like 2 months, oh irony!

Urr like raisins, cooked apple.. fruits, spices, orange zest, sugars, a bit of suit. I bought the mixture myself but made my own pastry =).

Apparently they used to have mince meat in, like hundreds of years ago. You should make some they're really nice as pretty well as easy to do.

^ ah giving animals pills isn't the easiest thing to have to do

My dog used to spit them out and was a nightmare but I don't know what's changed with her cos I can just put them in to the back of her mouth and she'll swallow them without too much fuss. Just fed her 4 worming pills with no probs

Wtf@cat that sometimes round back of my house who I occasionally stroke as I walk past, deciding to suddenly warn bite my hand after he already came up to me to get lots of attention.

Drew blood and near area I lean my hand behind mouse, hurts dammit.

Screw you I wont stroke you when you come up for attention anymore then.

Must of had a scab or something I guess but cant say I felt anything.
