I recently moved house and have had to wait to be connected to the internet for ages. Whenever i've tried logging on in internet cafes the site asks me for my password. I have not used my password for months as when I log on at home it never asks me for it. So when I requested a new password from the internet cafe it sent me a pass number for my old username CHERUB. I re-registered last year and changed my username to Peggy Sue and then recently I changed it back to my real name..Genna (which im sticking to). CHERUB doesnt exsist anymore for some reason my username has been changed back to the one. I recently changed it to Genna and i'm confused as to why its been changed again??? Please can you change it back to Genna. Thank you!

Hello Genna,

Your name hasn't been changed back, your old CHERUB account is still active on the members register, along with your new Genna account, as you used the same e mail address for both accounts I think this may have confused the system and everything is being sent to your CHERUB account as it was the first one registered, I have just e mailed you with a new password for your Genna account, Once you have accessed it could you let me know so I can Pm you.

You still have your Neski account. All you need to do is log into it and post under that name again.

Edit: just seen the other thread where you said it doesn't work. There's no reason why it shouldn't. Are you using the right password?
