Which food/dish tastes better when it is ridiculously spicy?

To me, Tuna salad first thing comes to mind for some reason.

I don't opt for ridiculously spicy at all these days, but I add a fair amount of spices and chillies to pretty much all my cooking. A couple of dashes of tabasco, or alternatively, a healthy sprinkling of garam marsala and chilli powder, makes all the difference to a tin of baked beans.

For me it's about balance - I need something like sour cream, avocado, yogurt or cucumber to extinguish the fire in my mouth.
