I've just watched the video, and I think you are amazingly brave, Boy. I think you're probably right that the best way for us to improve is to push ourselves to keep doing little things (though they're not at all little to us with SA) until they almost become a habit. I loved the idea of practising your telephone skills on the annoying sales calls! Your video is very impressive, it's very generous of you to try to help other SA people.

In my opinion the only thing you do wrong is to apologise too much in your post, it sounds completely excessive. There will always be plenty of people in the world who will try to put us down, you don't have to join in yourself. You're clearly a very strong, courageous and kind man, why not start recognising these qualities in yourself, and stop talking about being hated!!
