wow, I fell asleep before midnight, totally unexpected.

As was waking up in my clothes at 7am, I feel totally awake and bright. So THIS is how it feels to wake up ready to start a day. This is nice, I could get used to it.

^ dont sleep for days and it is bound to happen at some point hollie !!

I have been lugging heavy stuff around for hours so feel pretty physically tired this evening hopefully by silly brain wont derail that.

Exercise does definitely helps I think, but it is boring and effort.
