Default Does anyone follow Tony Robbins?

I was just watching him on the bus through Oxford Street today and feel I need to watch and follow more of his videos.

For example, he says that we become our habits and our opinions of ourselves. Having SA and growing up unpopular, I have started to believe more and more that I am boring. I actually try less or disassociate when I meet people as I don't believe I am likeable so why try and get my feeling hurt. I also think I don't always know how to respond to small talk.

But I feel if I want better, which I obviously do as the belief of being boring and unlikable depresses me. I need to try and form a more healthier mindset and habits. Which this vid points out, I forgotten what it says entirely though.

I'm sure he'll be found out sooner or later,...
Hopefully someone from the #me too brigade will spill the beans,
The big tree trunk living the golden boy American dream is too good to be true,
Just rings a bit hollow to me,..,
"Progress" is just a psychological treadmill to keep your mind engaged.
Otherwise people would probably go mad,..if they didn't have the idea of progress, ..
Progress towards lots of dollar bills, whiter teeth and the sense of superiority, looks like that's his idea of progress,
Progress towards a better 'you'....yet no-one asks if 'you' is something that can be changed, or why the current 'you' is always assumed to be lacking by these 'life' coaches.

*disclaimer ~ I have toothache just now so just generally ranting really
I'm sure he's wonderful and his shit don't stink one bit *

Too OTT for me . He's like Anthony Sullivan who promotes those steam cleaners on tv.
