Hello everyone my name's Jude.

I'm totally new to this forum malarkey but I'm going into it with totally open arms. If I've done anything wrong in posting etiquette I'm sorry lol. Feel free to tell me how it should be done as I'm just winging it.

I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and have just started a series of CBT sessions to help develop new coping mechanisms. It would be really nice to meet some new people and talk about how to get through this.

Thanks guys. I've never written on a forum before so I'm still learning all the lingo and stuff but it's really nice to know there are people going through the same thing as me out there.
