Default EE ISP?

Hi, is anyone on this forum on EE at the moment, someone I know is trying to connect but can't get on they had problems with only the logo loading now nothing loads just a white page, all internet cookies, catche, history been deleted and shut down browser and re-opened but still no luck, was wondering if its a dns issue on EE's end.

Could be stale DNS cache, worth rebooting the router to flush it.

^ That was my first thought, after the router reboot not even the logo would load.

can they see other websites ok ?

Perhaps give them the IP (if your server supprts that) instead of domain in case it is a DNS problem.

get him to ping the domain ? that will tell you if the dns is working.Perhaps try another browser it may be a browser upgrade doesnt like something ?

Failing that, print it off and post it to him

I'm on EE and I couldn't get SAUK to load for most of Tuesday night until very late. Also, yesterday (Wednesday) I had problems with pages taking ages to load, with often just the logo loading. It only seemed to be SAUK that was affected. It seems to have put itself right for the moment for me though.

Sounds like a routing issue inside the EE network.
