Default teeth

I now have to wear a mouth guard due to teeth grinding at night in my sleep
Would this be subconscious anxiety?

Going by NHS Choices, studies have shown that around 70% of cases of sleep bruxism (teeth grinding whilst asleep) are associated with anxiety/stress affecting people subconsciously.
