i think i might have given the impression that i used pedals and got fit today while out riding did that yesterday and felt like i was having a heart attack when i got home, todays was petrol powered and goes about 150mph much more civilised.

allthough i may have got the wrong end of the stick.

That is good that even though you felt like you were having a heart attack that you went out and rode your bike today. That is a good achievement. LOL yes that is funny that you might have given that impression to other people. I feel that way at times when I go to the gym. Like I was pedaling fast on the machine bike going against my dad and the level was only on like 2 or 3. Haha but Im not fit Im average and I dont workout at all anymore but try to every once in awhile when I find myself get energy and want to put it to good use but most of the time I use my energy with eating food, watching tv, going on the computer to come on here or just plan lay in bed texting friends and my boyfriend. Its funny how it works out that way.

I told my friends in a fit of rare honesty and they're being really understanding, but they've assumed I'm feeling low because it's the same time of year that something happened a few years ago, but it's not that, but I can't tell them otherwise now, hmm

Sounds like a bad kind of cold, more like fever. I once had that, it was really wierd one minute I felt too hot then too cold, once I go off the bus I was sick. Went home went to bed for about 2 hours then after felt entirely better, it was really odd.
