Who would you like to become your SAUK best friend(s)

There is a show in which Paris Hilton auditions a bunch of eager contestants desparate to become her new "British Best Friend" - a concept which has many inane facets... but how about a SAUK Best Friend(s) list

It goes without saying that I'd very much like to be considered as SAUK Best Friend to Godfather and New Dawn Fades

.
I strongly suspect that Munkeh would like to become my new SAUK Best Friend, which gives me this dreadful feeling that Munkeh will then go around and clobber both Godfather and New Dawn Fades

leading to a bitter and jealous friendship-triangle, or more like a friendship-square, or rectangle, or rhombus

Hopefully that can all be sorted out amicably and we can all be SAUK Best Friend(s) together

Who would you like to ask to become your new SAUK Best Friend(s) or hope would ask you to become their new SAUK Best Friend.

Greyhound Girl is my SAUK BFF. I joined about a week after her and we seemed to hit it off. I haven't connected with too many so its nice to have someone on here who cares!

I don't know. I don't think I could know that I wanted to be friends with someone without actually being friends with that someone. By the time I knew someone well enough to know that I wanted to be friends with them, I already would be.

^Because of the nature of social anxiety, people who don't get mentioned sometimes feel left out. It's a bit of a triggering situation for some of us, reminds us of being the outcast. I personally don't think it's a big deal but I don't think it's entirely appropriate either.

But I am a lone wolf, really.

I think there's alot on here that prefer to be known as a lone wolf rather than say they have a friend! Some on here wonder how you can have friends of a relationship if you're truely SA but as many know SA comes in many various ways.

Is it a fear of admiting to a friendship simply putting pressure on themselves to interact with someone?

LOL no really, I prefer my own company. I grew up alone and I prefer it that way. I also don't lie.

But my friends on here know who they are, just check out the friends list. Plus there are loads of people I speak to via PM that I haven't been bothered to add to my friends list because er, well it's a bit pointless isn't it?

I'm antisocial- so noone. :D (I did join arranged-pairings though..) Plus 'best friend' sounds like something from primary school. Or something you couldn't quite applicate to a forum. Its someone that you have a lot in common with in the flesh.

Same here. I reckon we only see a small part of what a person is like online etc so if we make up a picture of what a member is like and think 'i'll get on with them no doubt' i could be totally wrong. Same goes the other way people like Cheeseoven or Underground that annoyed me on here i could end up easily befriending in the real world
