Can you rumble your ears?

I think this is one of those things where people either completely understand or are utterly baffled, but yeah. That noise you can make in your ears that makes you yawn if you do it a lot. Are you one the chosen few?

Yeah I can when I yawn. I think it's the same thing. I can hear that rumble when I smile too, not a regular sound, but if I were to make myself smile as wide as possible I hear a rumble in my ear. Also, I can not only hear it, I can almost feel the rumble too. I think it's the same, dunno.

Me too I can literally rumble at will

I didn't even realise I could till I read this thread. I can sort of push my eardrums out so that I hear a low drone like the wind, but I can't figure out if it's my ears or something in the back of my neck that's doing it. I do have a cold though.
