Ok im not sure if this has been dobe before it probably has but i think this is a great positive thing to do to help boost self-esteem and confidence.

Psychiatrist took my list of things I like about myself, so I'll have to remember.

1) I think I'm pretty friendly ^-^ kind, nice, unthreatening
2) I am quite dependable, loyal, and a good friend
3) I can be fun and silly and dorky and random... I laugh a lot
4) I think I'm fairly open-minded
5) Errrrr I feel like I should add something physical, so I'll say I have nice lips. (I'm tempted to now say something negative, but I won't.)
