Re: Recommend ANYTHING
yeah your not wrong!. I find it fascinating tho that so many, sometimes really educated ppl, believe in it. When I actually heard the full 'theory' behind their faith in that documentary, I was like, you can't actually be serious! .
Your right tho, the uniform is ever so tempting.... |

Re: Recommend ANYTHING
Liquidising fruit,
I tended not to eat much fruit, and just let it rot, I think peeling fruit, getting drips of juice over you, slicing skin off etc. Etc.just annoyed me, Now I'm blending it, it's more of a kitchen-based proper activity, I'm eating fruit all the time now and coming up with some really delicious concoctions, |

The stone cold Steve Austin podcast. Yes it's a real thing. Pretty much all the stars of yesteryear do one nowadays. I haven't watched pro wrestling since I was about thirteen but it brings back some good memories, plus he's pretty hilarious.
Also, wrestlers are some of the bitchiest people on the planet! Who knew? |

Re: Recommend ANYTHING
Vertical climber machines.
Just thought i'd offer this as an alternative to an exercise bike. I've had one for over a year and they're perfect for getting a bit of exercise done whilst watching tv. I've got the Maxi Climber and there's no setting, you just go at whatever pace you fancy. I usually go at a steady rate, just breaking sweat but you can go full tilt and still not create too much of a racket. It works both arms and legs, it's an all-rounder, you can also put more emphasis on one or the other depending which you want to work on (or rest). You can alternate the range of the motion too, either deep 'lunge' or smaller steps, for ease of use and less pressure on knees. They're inexpensive too ... more inexpensive than i remember paying |

Tried any of the other flavours? I've considered it, but find it next to impossible not to pick up the jalapeno ones as my hand hovers over the selection. The 12ish of these you get in one serving work out to 5% of your calories, 1% of your fat and saturated fat, and 5% of your salt recommended intake for the day. Not bad (for a tasty crisp-like thing). & (I do do stuff other than eating, okay?) |

Re: Recommend ANYTHING
^ That's quite understandable. I have nightmares about picking up the cheese flavour but not realising it until I've paid and left the shop.
I've just come across this: I didn't know there were so many. Sea salt and cracked black pepper might change the game. Bacon cheddar is also a bit intriguing, though feels risky. |

^^ Hmm... I'm not too sure. Though I've just found they sell the jalapeƱo ones on veganstore.co.uk, so they seem like a safe bet. They do have a bit of a kick though. And E numbers. |
