I am a hell of a lot better thanks miggs (hey I can actually call you miggs again, my protest worked !!). I am still a bit seasick but nothing worse than queasy really. Well I have earache and a sore throat but honestly I couldnt care less about that. I am worried about what all the house spinning may have done to the house foundations, I will look into it later.

And that my dears is what I am eating right now. It tastes far better than it looks. Total cost about £4 I guess. It will last me for several days I would guess its about 5 meals. Much more if I added rice or something carby. That isnt a frying pan its a huge wok.
