Like all the world's sadness and fear has taken the form of some great, infinitely heavy beast and it's decided to curl up and sleep on my chest.

I looked at my licence from 2014. I was told 'you look 22' but all I can see is how much I have changed since then due to neglect, stress and endless responsibilities.

I have Clarins,Liz Earle and La Roche Posay items but my healing has to start from within . My brain, guts and heart need a bloody good hug and a lot of nurturing.

Emotional like theres a thin layer of sausage casing around a sausage made out of blurgh and urghh and insecurity and self-hatred and sadness, and the sausage is put under the grill and the casing splits and it starts to ooze out all its ugly innards over the grill.

but I got me some ale and pretzels so thats good.

Yes. I've almost eaten the Pringles and had one of the Kit Kats. What's with these chocolate companies decreasing the size of the bars. Not just Kit Kat but Mars, Wispa and the other big chocolate brands.
