^^ Its absurd isnt it, this what happens when ***** run countries.

I am thinking that I hope what I just watched back on my camera is also caught on one of the shops cameras. I have no idea how I would even manage to report it.......

^ Nope, still searching with dogs. I hope they give up, I know its not there because somebody came back for it just before they arrived. Mind you I wouldnt mind them carting away the fly tipped stuff and searching through it just in case.

[edit] details removed.

So then people.... What do I do ?
The plod are idiots (assumed anyway) if they dont spot my cameras. I have a fake one and 3 real ones, only one is hidden, the rest are intended to be noticed.

Currently going for "all lights off an hiding" option.

^ crikey this is why I avoid busy pubs, too many twats about. Are you going to show them the footage at a later date?

It's tricky spot to be in.

Think a blackout is best till they bugger off. This is what you get for having a quiet night in flump lol

Is there any way you could send the footage to the police, perhaps under the guise of not wanting to be identifiable to the scumbags who where involved?

It sounds terrible, be careful when you're out and about, it sounds all very serious. Has someone been badly injured?

I'm assuming the bill will knock at your place, Flumps.
I put a decent-looking dummy camera up at the side of my parents' house overlooking the driveway. Anyway, one night a local lowlife was seriously done over by rivals close by. The boys in blue spotted our camera and wanted to review the footage until I informed them it was a dummy.

Sorry to hear that this has happened. It's horrible for all concerned. A few years ago my partner and I heard noise outside the flat and we were unfortunate enough to see two rival gangs fighing it out in the car park opposite. One lad lost his life. I still remember seeing his blood merge with pools of rainwater in the road. Awful! The police were searching by torchlight, apparently for someone's fingers that were severed by a machete. It seems rival gangs from Toxteth just chose the location for a straightner.

^ I wouldnt trust them, if it was required to get a conviction I am sure they would just use it and I wouldnt blame them I guess. I dont want people like that knowing where I live though.

......

Thanks for not quoting, I should probably request that nobody quotes any of this.

^^ yeah, I guess I have to prepare for it, my garden doesnt actually run along the alley fence but it really looks like it does. They are bound to think whatever they are looking for may have been lobbed over there.

Hopefully tomorrow rather than tonight... And not to early And they dont want to come in but can do it on the doorstep. And they arent in uniform, and have nice soft voices, and are used to dealing with people with anxiety issues. Yeah, that could work

I didn't get my psychedelic dream in the end, instead I had a couple of really unpleasant dreams involving dead people and funerals. I'm having a lot of horrible ones recently.

@Flumpsy. Jesus, all looks/sounds dramatic
You may get a door knock anyway. Not long ago someone was allegedly raped behind my cul de sac by 2 men as she was walking home. (There's a little stream and small patch of woodland to the back of me). The police door knocked the road the next day to ask everyone if we had heard/seen anything between 9pm and 1am etc etc.. Tho it was detective not a plod.

That moment when you think some weirdo has posted underwear through your front door and then you realise it's where the pervy kitten is stashing your pants.

Laundry day is fun in this house!

Bit of a random one but thinking of sending a thank you card to the CBT lady who I saw about 2 years ago. Never sent a card at the time, but just thinking about how much I have changed since then, I'm a different person. Not sure she would even remember who I am, but think it would be nice to say thanks for how much she helped me and give a bit of an update on how I have improved since.

Sounds like a fab idea. I sent my counsellor a thank you card after my sessions had finished

They have wheeled out the PCSOs just now, which is what they tend to use for when taking lots of statements. The real police are a tad busy around here

I am bracing myself. I dont want either but a PCSO is significantly better than real fuzz. I havent had any problems with PCSOs other than them being powerless to actually do anything. They dont have the authority and because of that they dont try to look or act like they do, that helps me massively. I get anxious around somebody with the white bakers coat on, thats enough authority for me thank you very much

Facebook says its a gang thing but I suspect its a pub fight gone serious or possibly drugs.

Apologies for all my edits from last night, I figured it best.

^ That reminds me. Today I got a letter saying I can be seen about a new therapy group... in January 2018. I laughed out loud when I read it, before realising that's only a few months off.

I both want this year to be over, and for it to stay 2017 forever, because these futuristic dates are getting scary.

Yeah I know what you mean about authority figures . As for coppers, I start acting guilty even though I've no bloody reason too

With a bit of luck they may leave you alone. I must have missed the second round of door knocks when it was occurring here and they just put a little slip of printed information through my letterbox with contact details on asking if anyone had any info to get in touch etc..
Don't answer your door is what I say!

^^ Unfortunately its all escalated and I am far more involved than I intended. Next time I wont answer the door. Unfortunately there probably will be a next time. I may as well hang a "snitch" sign in my window the amount of attention my door knocker is getting.
