I went to Tesco the other day to stock up on towels, but my usual brand and variety weren't there. The shelf label wasn't there either. I went to Boots. Nope... Gone.

I had a mini panic.

Luckily they had them in Wilkinsons so I panic bought a bulk load! The guy on the till bulged his eyes when he saw them

Tesco and Boots seem to have them again now though. Phewf! I don't actually know what I'd do if they were discontinued. Probably revert to using a doorstep slice of bread.

This month, the ball on Kooky's period roullette wheel has landed on IBS. It's either a dodgy tummy, my mood plummetting, skin break-outs or appetite obliteration.

Sometimes I hit the jackpot and get two or more. Oh the joys of being a woman.

This month, it's started (very bizarrely) without any warning! No bloating, no cramps, no craving random food combinations, no nausea...

Sneakily little so-and-so.

Periods are a bloody nuisance

Once you're done with having babies, I wish there was an 'off' button and periods and all the hormonal upheaval that comes with them would cease. Quite frankly, I've had enough.

A ninja one!

Well, it's made itself known today. It feels like someone is squeezing my left ovary.

I just went out to get something from my car - completely forgetting that I'm in a onesie and clutching a microwave bunny to my tummy. My neighbours really don't need any additional proof that I'm a box of frogs.

My period is meant to be due in the next 3/4 days. Can I feel it today, I feel miserable, tired, lazy and I want to eat everything in sight.

Flooding! I didn't know it had a name.

I always use these towels because all the others are thin AF and no good:

I had to pack some when I went on holiday. They took up half the suitcase ha.
